Gravity Falls, Friday nights on The Disney Channel
The televisions in our home seem to be exclusively on Disney Junior and The Disney Channel. Occasionally, the adult-like folks can sneak in more mature fare when the boy is distracted by other shiny objects. Or we learn to love what the House of Mouse is airing. There really are some great shows for kids like Doc McStuffins, The Octonauts, and Jake and the Neverland Pirates. There are also the inane ones that mom and dad hate but baby seems to love like Secret Agent Oso (most.inept.secret.agent.ever.) or Chuggington (if I hear, “Traintastic” one more time…)
One new show quickly became a standout and, in my opinion, is a wonderful addition to The Disney Channel animated line-up. That show is Gravity Falls.
