Princess Leia, out of all the female influences in my childhood, had to be the one I looked up to the most. She is strong, confident, and beautiful.
It seems that Día de los Muertos has steadily been growing in popularity over the last few years and with good reason. The holiday is both merry and macabre, a celebration of the dead by the living. It’s a beautiful sentiment marked by beautiful art.
