So, E3 is happening this week, but seeing as the guys here at MITC Productions strive for sub-par mediocrity, there’s no way you’ll get information on anything more than second hand. That being said, join your hosts Robert and Matt as they discuss the goings-on of E3, classic war movies, the 90’s, and softcore porno! So, sit back and relax, zone out the show while watching YouTube, and try to remember to come back next week, because it’s a whole new episode of Useless Drivel – A Podcast Without a Point.
On Soviet internet, podcast listens to you! That’s right, comrades – another week, another podcast for the glory of our internetz! Join your hosts Matt and Robert as they catch you up on all the nonsense they’ve been involved in over the past week. They’ve got everything from Matt being wrong to Matt being scared, with a little bit of Robert actually enjoying something he did! Sit back and relax as you’re reminded that no matter how bad your ears hurt, it’s not quite as bad as drinking Sochii water. Somewhat amusing, often incorrect, but usually on time – it’s the Useless Drivel podcast!
“There is an end to everything, to good things as well.” ~Chaucer
Well geeks and geekettes, it’s been one hell of a ride. For 108 weeks, the crew here at To-Ag studios have aimed to bring laughs, fun, and not a little bit of misinformation to our little corner of the internet, all for your (and our) enjoyment. As the saying goes, “Life Happens,” and while the MITC crew has done a good job of making the podcast fit into their hectic schedules week after week without missing a beat, it seems that real life has finally caught up with the cast. While we don’t see this as a definitive end, the MITC Podcast will henceforth be on indefinite hiatus. Fear not, however, as there is still one last episode to enjoy, and we will always keep the mics ready for when the stars are right.
We’d like to thank all of our listeners and supporters these past few years for their honesty, feedback, and awesomeness. We love you all, and while we won’t be in the studio every week, we do hope that all of the awesome people we’ve met, recorded with, and made friends with keep in touch.
Much Geek Love,
The Monkey in the Cage Podcast
It’s no secret that we here at To-Ag Studios enjoy us some movies – good, bad, and otherwise. Now, while we all have varying and discerning tastes, there are those actors, actresses, and directors that no matter what project they attach themselves too, we absolutely cannot pass up. Join us this week as we discuss the entertainers that make us give them all of our money, whether we like it or not. Check your brain fluid, beware of mutant fish, and kill those hipsters on sight as you settle in for a brand new episode of Monkey in the Cage!
Gamers want to feel immersed and invested in the games they play and run. Now, while this responsibility can be shared by Players and GMs alike, it will almost certainly falls on the shoulders of the overburdened GM. Bringing something unique and memorable to the gaming table – be it a prop, ambiance, or even food – will definitely stay in the forefront of the Players minds, unlike useless details such as “Where are we?” or “What are we supposed to be doing?” or “What was the name of the guy that hired us?” Join us this week as we welcome our special guest, MITC listener and fellow podcaster JiB of the Happy Jacks RPG community to talk about techniques to help bring a game to life. Strap on a HazMat suit, clean out your test tubes, and be sure to have a plan as you get ready for an all new episode of Monkey in the Cage!
